UNNAMED LABEL is a hair-extension brand created for women who appreciate quality, individuality, and hair that makes a statement without an introduction.
WHAT TEXTURES ARE AVAILABLE?
Our opening texture, BARE, features sleek, silky straight hair. Additional textures will be introduced through future releases.
HOW MANY BUNDLES DO I NEED?
For most traditional sew-in installations, 2–3 bundles may provide a full look, depending on your desired length, volume, and styling preferences.
For longer lengths or a more dramatic finish, 3–4 bundles may be preferred.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN LAYERS, BEYOND LAYERS, AND ULTRA LAYERS?
LAYERS: Three bundles in classic staggered lengths.
BEYOND LAYERS: Three bundles in longer staggered lengths.
ULTRA LAYERS: Four bundles designed for extra-long, statement-making installs.
THE FULL EDIT: Three bundles of the same length.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN HD AND TRANSPARENT LACE?
HD lace is designed to create a delicate, less noticeable appearance against the skin.
Transparent lace has a light, sheer appearance and may require customization to achieve the desired blend.
The finished result depends on skin tone, installation technique, and customization.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A CLOSURE AND A FRONTAL?
A closure covers a smaller section of the top of the head and provides a defined parting area.
A frontal extends across the front hairline, allowing for additional styling flexibility.
CAN I APPLY HEAT TO MY HAIR?
BARE Straight is intended for heat styling. We recommend using a heat protectant, moderate temperatures, and professional styling techniques.
HOW LONG DOES THE HAIR LAST?
Hair longevity depends on maintenance, styling habits, frequency of use, and care. Proper washing, conditioning, detangling, and storage can help preserve the appearance and condition of your extensions.
CAN I COLOR OR BLEACH THE HAIR?
Chemical processing may change the texture and condition of extensions. We recommend consulting a licensed professional and strand-testing before coloring or bleaching.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Order processing generally takes 1–3 business days, followed by an estimated 7–10 business days for shipping and delivery.
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
We generally offer store credit for eligible approved change-of-mind returns rather than cash refunds. Statutory rights for defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise still apply.
