ORDER PROCESSING
All orders require 1–3 business days for processing before shipment.
Processing times do not include weekends or recognized holidays. Orders placed during weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Once processing is complete, estimated shipping and delivery time is 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the available shipping options.
Please note that processing and shipping are separate timeframes. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
TRACKING INFORMATION
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking details.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Address corrections may be requested within 48 hours of placing an order, provided the order has not already shipped.Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your package is delayed, please review the tracking information and contact the shipping carrier.
If your order is marked delivered but cannot be located, contact us so we can help review the situation.
